I designed and created a unique corset by repurposing a thrifted shirt and combining it with silicone to give the garment a completely new life. By using silicone, I added a modern, sculptural element that contrasted beautifully with the soft, reclaimed fabric of the shirt. The process allowed me to breathe fresh energy into a pre-loved piece, blending sustainability with creativity. This project not only transformed an ordinary garment into a statement piece but also highlighted the potential of upcycling in high-fashion design.
